For the United States and its territories, Australia, New Zealand and Latin American countries subject to regulatory filings, the start date is 1 December. This is an additional charge, rather than the complete freight rate. The carrier’s notice covers all cargo within its stated geographical scope, with the applicable date depending on the market.
